Empowering local makers: SinekSekiz
“Sinek Sekiz” originally is a publishing house that focuses on sustainable living and publishes books around sustainability. Initiators of the Sinek Sekiz live in a rural area of Turkey and it supports local makers who make many different traditional stuff such as combs, candles, jewelry or toys, using the local and natural resources. Sinek Sekiz aims to empower local makers through making their work visible and accessible in their website and social media accounts.
