“Askıda Fatura” is a İstanbul based initiative organized by the İstanbul municipality aims to provide a space for people living in İstanbul to support each other during Covid days. Through the official website that the municipality provides, people who may have hard time to pay their utility bills apply and submit their bills to the system so that someone else can pay their bills. The amount of bills that is shared and paid is available on the website and it is around 180.000 lira, since the time the initiative has started (April 2020).
